Your public page

Every club has a page at app.frontcourt.pro/club/your-club. At the top: your name and logo, where you are, whether you are open now, and your photos. Under it, the next fourteen days in one strip - tap a day and the times change at once. Each court, lane or table has its own card with that day’s times. A time reads Free, Booked, or Coaching when one of your batches holds it. Nobody’s name is ever on the page.

Each court shows one price: your lowest listed rate for a non-member, written “From ₹1,000/hr”, or “From ₹1,000/hr + GST” if you are registered for GST. The times themselves carry no price, and the page says “Pay at the club.” You choose which sports show their price, or none. A pool or a range that many people use at once is marked just “Shared”.

With a public phone number in Settings, a visitor taps the times they want. Times next to each other join into one stretch, so 18:00 and 18:30 become 18:00–19:00. Then one button at the bottom of the screen:

• WhatsApp the club - opens WhatsApp on their phone with a message to you already written, as time ranges: “Court 2: 18:00–19:30”. You reply and confirm the way you do today.
• Book now - for one stretch of time, when “Players can join” is on. They sign in to the FrontCourt player app, join your club if they have not yet, see their own price (a member sees member rates), and one tap makes the booking. It lands in your Bookings, confirmed, in their name, to be paid at the club.

Several stretches go to you on WhatsApp in one message. Without a public phone the page still shows your free times, but nothing can be picked: a visitor needs some way to reach you.

If you run batches, the page lists them under Coaching: the sport, the batch’s name, the days and times, the monthly fee (only if you show that sport’s price) and the ages, if you set them. With a public phone each batch has an Ask about joining button that opens WhatsApp with the question written.

A time a batch holds reads Coaching, not Booked. A facility whose courts your batches fill for the whole two weeks moves out of the booking grid and shows only in this section; one full court beside free ones stays, its times reading Coaching. The page never shows how many are in a batch, how many places are left, or who coaches it. The batch’s name is shown as you typed it, so keep people’s names out of it.

Settings → Your public page. Write a few lines about the club, upload the logo and up to six photos, choose which sports show their price, add the public phone (it is also your WhatsApp button) and your Instagram handle if you have one. With two or more branches, give each branch its address and city, so a visitor is sent to the right one.

The page is on by default; switch it off there if you would rather not have one. While it is off, the page, its link preview and its photos are all hidden; Settings still shows you your photos.

FrontCourt also has a venue finder at app.frontcourt.pro/venues, where players look for a place to play by city and sport. Your club is in it only if you choose: tick “Show my club in FrontCourt’s venue finder” on the same Settings card. It is off until you tick it, it is free, and FrontCourt takes no commission. Bookings and money stay between you and the player.

A listing shows your name, city, sports, whether you are open now, your first photo or logo, and your From price if you show prices. It opens your own page. The box needs your city first - in Invoicing details, or on your branches. Untick it any time and you leave the finder at once. Your page works the same whether you are listed or not.

Put the link in your Instagram bio and your WhatsApp status. A person who sees a free 19:00 slot and a button is most of the way to a booking. The page is only served while the club is live, and your photos and logo are the only files FrontCourt ever serves without a login.
