Privacy Policy

The website itself sets no advertising or tracking cookies and embeds no third-party scripts. The only personal information collected is what you deliberately type into the demo request form:

• Your name and work email address
• Your mobile number
• Your business name, and optionally its type, number of locations, primary sport and approximate customer count
• How you currently manage your operation, your preferred demo time, and any message you write

A hidden timestamp and an unused decoy field are submitted with the form. They exist only to reject automated submissions and are discarded immediately.

To respond to your request: to arrange a demonstration, answer your questions and quote for your business. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers.

A demo request is delivered to our team by email through an email delivery provider acting on our instructions. Our website and application are hosted by a cloud infrastructure provider. Both process the data only to provide their service to us.

Demo enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for up to twenty-four months afterwards, so that we can pick up where we left off if you come back to us. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.

Write to hello@frontcourt.pro to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. We will confirm what we have done rather than only that we received the request.

Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs — the pages requested, the time, and the network address the request came from — for a short period, to keep the service running and secure. These are not used to build a profile of you.

When a club uses FrontCourt, that club decides what customer information it records, and we process it on the club’s instructions as its service provider. Each organisation’s data is separated from every other organisation’s at the database level. If you are a member or a parent at a club that uses FrontCourt, please contact the club directly about your records — they hold the relationship with you, and we cannot act on their data without their instruction.

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top will change with it, and anyone with a live enquiry will be told.
