These terms cover your use of frontcourt.pro. Use of the FrontCourt application itself is governed by the subscription agreement signed between us and your organisation, which takes precedence over anything on this page.
Using this website
You may read this site, share links to it, and submit a demo request. You may not attempt to disrupt it, gain access to parts of it that are not public, or use automated means to harvest content from it at a scale that affects other visitors.
What this site is
The pages here describe the FrontCourt product. Screens shown are representations of the software using illustrative data — the names, figures and bookings in them are examples, not real customers. Descriptions of functionality are accurate at the date above; the product continues to be developed, and nothing here is a commitment to build a specific feature by a specific date.
Demo requests and quotations
Submitting the demo form is a request for a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve a price, or oblige either of us to proceed. Pricing discussed on a call is confirmed in writing before anything is agreed.
Intellectual property
The FrontCourt name, logo, product screens, copy and design on this site belong to us. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not reproduce the site, or present its material as your own.
Third-party links
Where this site links elsewhere, we are not responsible for the content or the practices of the destination.
Availability and liability
This website is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the marketing material on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Service commitments for the application are set out in the subscription agreement, not here. That agreement is where you will find:
- Service levels, support response times and maintenance windows
- Data ownership, export and deletion on termination
- Confidentiality and data-processing obligations
- Fees, billing periods and notice to terminate
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
