- Sports academies
- Court and turf operators
- Swimming pools
- Multi-sport clubs

- Multi-location facilities
The problem
Your sports business should not run on five different systems.
Most clubs end up with a calendar, a spreadsheet, a receipt book, a chat group and an accountant's file — each holding part of the truth about the same customer.
A booking calendar that knows nothing about payments
The slot is taken in one place and the money is chased in another, so nobody can say what is actually owed.
Memberships living in a spreadsheet
Expiry dates, freezes and session balances drift the moment two people edit the same file.
Staff who cannot see the same information
The evening shift re-asks what the morning shift already answered, and the customer notices.
Customers calling to ask what is free
Every availability question costs a phone call, and the answer is only as fresh as the last person to write it down.
Revenue worked out by hand
Outstanding balances are reconstructed at month end from receipts, memory and a calculator.
A separate tool for every job
Coaching, inventory and accounting each hold a version of the same customer, and none of them agree.
FrontCourt connects the complete customer and operational journey — from the first enquiry to the final payment and report.
Explore the platformWhat changes
Four things a club notices in the first month.
Fill more available slots
Make court availability visible and complete a booking in seconds, at the right rate, without a phone call.
Collect payments on time
Track invoices, split payments, outstanding balances and refunds against the booking that created them.
Retain more members
See renewals, attendance, session balances and who has stopped turning up — before they lapse.
Control every location
Run branches, facilities, staff and permissions from one platform, with each person seeing only their own.
The platform
One system, six jobs it does every day.
Everything below is the actual product, laid out the way the front desk uses it.
Open on what needs doing, not on a report.
The first screen of the day lists the things somebody can act on before lunch, and every figure links straight to the page where the acting happens.
- Today's bookings and who has yet to check in
- Monthly sales and collections side by side
- Facilities free right now
- Renewals due in the next fortnight
- Urgent tasks: closed courts, open tills, low stock

- Coaching batches with generated timetables
- Attendance with access control at the door
- Player assessments scored against your own criteria
- Skill progression and promotion eligibility
- Parent access to schedules, attendance and reports

Connected by design
One record, from the first enquiry to the final report.
Each step reads the customer and the facility the previous step already created. Nothing is typed twice, and nothing can quietly disagree.
- 1
Enquiry
A walk-in or a call becomes a lead with a follow-up date.
- 2
Customer
The lead converts and keeps its history — no re-typing.
- 3
Membership
A plan is sold, priced and dated from the same record.
- 4
Booking
Member rates apply automatically at the right hour.
- 5
Payment
A GST invoice, any mix of tenders, one receipt each.
- 6
Attendance
Coaching sessions mark against the same person.
- 7
Reporting
Revenue, utilisation and outstanding money, already added up.
Everything included
Grouped by the job, not by the module.
No add-ons and no per-feature upsell — a club gets the whole platform and switches on what it needs.

Solutions
Configured for how your business actually runs.
The same platform, set up differently — because a turf operator and a swimming academy do not have the same day.
Made for the Indian market
Designed for how Indian sports businesses operate.
Not a global product with a rupee symbol added — GST, the financial year and the way money actually arrives at a counter were part of the design.
GST-ready invoices
CGST, SGST and IGST split by place of supply, recipient details on the document, and a gapless series per financial year.
Rupee-exact accounting
Amounts are stored as exact decimals and rounded once, at line level, so the invoice adds up the way the return expects.
Cash, UPI and split payments
₹1,000 in cash and ₹652 by UPI on one invoice — two receipts, and the drawer still expects only the cash.
Branches and legal entities
One organisation, several locations, each with its own GSTIN, document series and staff permissions.
April–March reporting
The financial year is a setting, and document numbering rolls with it.
Role-based access
A coach sees no money. A front-desk executive cannot change prices. An accountant cannot take a booking.
Customer credit and wallet
Refund to a wallet instead of cash, and spend it like any other payment method.
PDF invoices and credit notes
Documents a customer can be handed or emailed, stored against the record that produced them.
Customer and parent portals
Your customers get their own screen, not your phone number.
Members book and pay themselves. Parents follow their children. Both see exactly what they are entitled to see, and nothing else.
For customers
- View upcoming bookings
- Book available sessions
- Check invoices and payments
- View membership status and session balance
For parents
- View children's schedules
- Track attendance
- Review coach assessments
- Provide digital consent
Staff and customers work from the same records — a booking made in the portal is the same booking the front desk sees, priced by the same rules — while each person is shown only what their access allows.
Security and reliability
Built to be trusted with a club's money.
The protections below are structural — they are properties of how the platform is built, not settings somebody has to remember to switch on.
Organisation-level data isolation
Every club’s data is separated in the database itself, not only in application code, and the separation is tested on every build.
Role-based permissions
Over 100 permissions, grouped into roles you control, and scoped to a branch where that matters.
Audit history
Refunds, discounts, stock adjustments, role changes and payroll record who did it, what changed and why — a reason is required.
Secure authentication
Modern password hashing, rate-limited sign-in, and sessions that can be revoked immediately from the server.
Automated backups
Scheduled database dumps that are verified when written, with a restore drill that has been run rather than assumed.
Health monitoring
The platform checks its own database connection continuously, so a degraded service is visible before a customer finds it.
Controlled staff access
Nobody — including an administrator — can set another person’s password. Staff receive an invitation and choose their own.
Pricing
Three plans, priced for the size of the operation.
Every plan includes the whole platform for what it covers — no per-feature upsell. Pricing is confirmed on the demo call, once we know your branches and staff count.

Questions
Frequently asked questions.
Something not answered here? Ask us directly — a real answer beats a guess.
What types of sports businesses can use FrontCourt?
Sports academies, court and turf operators, swimming pools, coaching centres, multi-sport clubs, tournament organisers and multi-location facilities. If you sell time on a facility, coaching, or memberships, the platform is built for you.
Can FrontCourt manage multiple branches?
Yes. One organisation can run several branches, each with its own facilities, staff, document numbering and reporting, and staff permissions can be limited to a single branch.
Does it support GST invoicing?
Yes. FrontCourt issues GST tax invoices with a gapless number series per financial year, splits tax into CGST and SGST or IGST by place of supply, carries recipient details on the document, and issues credit notes when a sale is cancelled or reduced.
Can customers book their own sessions?
Yes. Customers get their own sign-in where they can see availability, book a session, view invoices and check their membership. Parents get a household view of their children’s schedules, attendance and assessments.
Does it support cash and UPI?
Yes. Cash, UPI reference, card machine and bank transfer are all recorded natively, and one invoice can be settled by more than one of them. Online payment collection through a gateway is not part of the platform today.
Can staff access be restricted?
Yes, and it is enforced on the server rather than by hiding buttons. Roles are built from over 100 individual permissions, can be scoped to one branch, and a coach can be given a login that never shows money at all.
Can existing customer data be imported?
There is no self-service import tool today. Existing customers, memberships and outstanding balances are loaded during onboarding — bring your current spreadsheet or export to the demo and we will tell you exactly what is needed.
Is training and onboarding available?
Yes. Onboarding is guided rather than self-serve: your facilities, rates, plans and staff are configured with you, and your team is walked through the daily front-desk routine before you go live.
Can FrontCourt manage multiple sports?
Yes. Sports are configuration rather than separate products, so one club can run pickleball, badminton, swimming, football and more side by side, each with its own terminology, skill levels and booking rules.
How do I request a demo?
Fill in the demo form with your business details and preferred time. You will get a walkthrough of the platform using data that looks like your own operation, not a generic slideshow.
Put your sports business in the front court.
Replace disconnected tools with one platform for bookings, memberships, payments and operations.
