FrontCourt runs a sports business from one screen. Court and pool bookings, members and their plans, coaching batches and attendance, tournaments, the counter and its stock, staff and payroll, and the money behind all of it — invoices, payments, GST, statements. It replaces the WhatsApp group, the register, the Excel sheet and the shoebox of bills, and it does so without asking you to become an accountant.

It is built for the person who runs the place: an academy owner, a turf operator, a pool manager, a multi-sport club. Staff use it too — the front desk takes bookings, coaches mark registers — and every screen shows a person exactly what their role allows, nothing more.

It runs in the browser at app.frontcourt.pro on any phone, tablet or laptop. On a phone you can install it from the browser menu so it opens like an app and sits on the home screen. There is nothing to download from a store.

The menu on the left is in six groups. You will live in the first two; the rest are there when you need them.

• Operations — Dashboard, Bookings, Academy, Tournaments. The day as it happens.
• Customers — Customers, Leads, Memberships, Campaigns. The people, and the plans they hold.
• Retail — Counter, Stock, Purchasing. Only if you sell things: water, shuttles, grips, a day pass.
• Finance — Invoices, Statements, Expenses, Trial balance. Every rupee in and out, GST-ready.
• Facilities — Courts & pools, Maintenance. What you own and how it is kept.
• Organisation — Staff, Settings. Who works here and how the club is configured.

The Dashboard is the front page. It carries the day’s bookings, the money due, and — for a new club — a Getting started checklist that walks you through the four things a club needs before it can take its first booking.

FrontCourt refuses some things. It will not let you book a court that has no price, delete a coach who has been paid, or run payroll for a month that has not ended. Every refusal comes with a sentence saying why, and usually what to do instead.

Each chapter is one part of the product and stands on its own, so you can send a coach the coaching chapter and a receptionist the bookings chapter. Every page has a Share on WhatsApp button and prints cleanly if someone wants paper.
